Our mission is to glorify God
by growing in Christ, serving well in and out of the church and sharing the good news in the international community of Bucharest.

CORE BELIEFS

The Bible
 is the very Word of God; it is inspired by Him and without error in its original version.
God is three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit known as the trinity; we believe there is only one true God.
Man
 was created by God to rule over His creation and innocent of sin, but man disobeyed God by choosing to sin and now as a consequence he must die.
Sin originated in Satan and entered the world through Adam's disobedience. The result of sin is physical death and eternal separation from God in hell.
Christ's Work
 was finished when He died on the cross to completely pay the just price of sin for all mankind, He did this because of His grace, love and mercy. Three days later He arose from the dead in victory over death and sin.
Eternal Life
 is received by repenting of all sins and trusting in Christ's sacrifice on the cross alone for forgiveness of sins and heaven.
The Church
 is the institution established by God for the purpose of worship, fellowship, service and evangelism. We believe the great hope of the church is that Christ will one day physically return to earth for all those who trust in Him.

Leadership



Stan Platt

Stan Platt has been an elder of the church since 2017. He is from Frinton (UK). He is the director of Light Into Europe Romania. He is married to his wife Camelia, and they have a son her in Romania, George. In the UK they have other grown children.

Bill Tully

Bill Tully has been our pastor since 2006. He grew up in Lafayette, Indiana (USA) and is a graduate of Liberty University and Dallas Theological Seminary. He is married to his wife Naty, and they have two daughters, Mina and Bella.

Lewis Maynard

Lewis Maynard has been an elder of the church since 2022. He is from the state of Michigan (USA). He is a teacher at Bucharest Christian Academy. He is married to his wife Jessica, and they have three sons, Caeleb, Micah and Joseph.

Paul Babb

I am from the USA, Trenton, Missouri. I grew up attending church and understanding that I had a calling to serve overseas. After graduating from college, I met my wife Lori while attending and graduating from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
